Population development and taxes

In terms of large properties, there are 147 five-room flats and 75 flats with six rooms or more.

The average rent for a property in the region is CHF 1090. Around 25% of all rental prices are lower than or equal to CHF 890 per month. 75 per cent of average monthly rents are CHF 1350 or below (75th percentile).
